Mr. Miller has experience in a broad array of intellectual property matters including patent and trademark prosecution and related litigation. Mr. Miller practiced exclusively in the field of intellectual property for numerous years at several large firms in California, including Knobbe Martins, Olson and Bear, before moving to Nevada. Because of Mr. Miller's technical background and degree in Electrical Engineering, he is well suited to practice in the field of intellectual property. Mr. Miller's areas of experience include trademark prosecution and patent prosecution in the electrical, gaming, and mechanical arts.

Mr. Miller represents several large corporations and numerous start-up companies in patent prosecution, trademark matters and general intellectual property law. Chad has filed and prosecuted hundreds of patent and trademark applications, in addition to numerous other intellectual property related matters including licensing, litigation, and copyright issues. Mr. Miller understands the importance of intellectual property protection for both large corporations and entities during the start-up phase and will work with you to maximize protection while minimizing costs.
